The machine body is made of highly wear-resistant materials, equipped with different types of rotary jets, and equipped with different expansion and diameter-reducing mechanisms to achieve expansion or contraction of the working diameter to adapt to the smooth passage of pipes of different diameters.
When using it, you only need to pump the cement mortar repair material to the central axis inlet of the rotary sprayer. The spraying car can move along the pipeline. The inner wall of the spraying tube cavity forms a continuous, dense, high-strength lining layer with different required thicknesses to achieve non-opening. The machine is equipped with a 360° rotating high-definition camera to collect the working status in the pipeline. The imaging is converted into a video signal and transmitted to the display, and stored in the chip, so that the operator can clearly understand the working status of the machine in the pipeline on the ground.
The product is divided into two styles: wheel walking and sliding traction according to the inner wall structure of the repaired pipeline.
